Led the planning and execution of a complex, cinematic war sequence involving 50+ capture artists. Directed scheduling for lead capture talent, organized detailed shot lists, and implemented efficient workflows to maintain consistency across multiple builds. Served as the primary point of contact for the client, providing clear and regular updates on V1 and V2 builds, and ensuring full alignment on project milestones, feedback cycles, and delivery expectations.

The result was a polished, large-scale showcase that exceeded client expectations, highlighting both the technical precision and creative storytelling of the production team under my leadership.
